The USAFSS/ESC/AFIC/AIA/AFISRA has maintained an uninterrupted presence in Misawa, Japan, from the early post-war years to the present day. We are The Misawa Project whose goal it is to locate and reconnect the men and women who served in the USAF Security Service in Misawa, Japan, in the years from 1949 to 1979.

This website provides a gathering place for all those who carried out the Mission. It is here that we post photos, share memories of our tours, find old friends, and make new ones.
